Another PagerDuty Summit is in the books, and we’re still coming down from the excitement and energy our customers and community showed us over the past week. We made several big announcements over the course of the conference, but none more significant than the AIOps advancements on our digital operations platform. We introduced a number of ways customers can apply machine learning algorithms and automation to a wide range of workflows across the platform.

Today we are officially releasing Graylog v3.3.6. This release includes a new enterprise output along with bug fixes that improve the functionality of Graylog. LogicMonitor is pleased to announce enhancements to our Slack integration. The new integration is now bidirectional, allowing users to acknowledge and SDT alerts from their Slack workspace. LogicMonitor accounts come pre-configured to integrate with Slack. The integration enables LogicMonitor to create Slack Channel Notifications based on LogicMonitor alerts.

Many organizations are adopting centralized logging tools so that they have one place for all of their data. We are excited to announce PagerDuty’s flexible, one-touch integration with Zoom Video Communications. The integration gives users the ability to create Zoom meetings directly within PagerDuty so teams can instantly assemble face-to-face, share incident details in real time, and orchestrate comprehensive incident response.

We’re excited to share that we’ve revamped our Shipping Tokens feature! If you’re a Logz.io user, you’re familiar with the key role tokens play in shipping and protecting your data. As a form of virtual identification, tokens help us properly attribute data to the right account. They are required in a variety use cases such as log shipping, API access, and read access. And in addition, they are also mandatory for compliance.
