As we near the end of the Summer season, we’re excited to announce a new set of updates and enhancements to the PagerDuty platform. At Spike.sh, our mission is to help dev teams understand and resolve production issues faster. At the core of this is our Alert Reliability Engine, whose job is to make sure that a team member always gets an alert on their preferred channel. Currently, we support 7 channels - phone call, SMS, mobile push notifications, email, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Discord. We wanted to give you a peek into how we achieve high deliverability across these channels.

Applicare 9 is a release focused on ease of use – SingleAgent, easy agent deployment and remote administration. Applicare 9 SingleAgent includes infrastructure monitoring, web servers monitoring, java app servers monitoring, databases monitoring and logs monitoring.

Back in 2019, I introduced you to Skeddly Projects . Projects is a feature in Skeddly that allows you to separate actions, credentials, managed backup plans, and managed start/stop plans. Almost like a mini Skeddly account within an account. Over the last few months, Skeddly’s Projects feature has been significantly enhanced. And I’m going to tell you all about the wonderful new features within Skeddly Projects.

The OnPage team is pleased to announce a new feature to the enterprise web console: Delay Notifications. With this new addition, organizations have the option to queue messages for specific time periods, delivering messages at the end of the Delay Notification schedule. The latest feature is designed to alleviate alert fatigue and improve work-life balance for incident respondents.

Shipa is designed to make it simple for developers to run their code on Kubernetes without having to know Kubernetes and for platform engineers to enforce controls and policies.

The Worldmap panel in Grafana is an existing feature in OSS that has been widely used, but it has some limits that weren’t easily fixed. Now with the release of Grafana v8.1 , we have introduced an upgrade to the Worldmap panel with the new Geomap panel visualization that allows you to view and customize a world map using geospatial data, all while sharing the same infrastructure with our core UI.

TThe Management Pack provides clear and precise performance indicators and timely alerts enriched by pinpointing problem identification and troubleshooting information. It streamlines the workflow and helps for better planning based on detailed reports. The integration into System Center enables a single pane of glass view into your Oracle environment, secured by Microsoft technologies.
