BIG Changes to Windows Feature Updates

It is safe to say that anyone responsible for patch management will have had their fair share of issues with Windows Feature Updates over the years. These updates have amounted to new operating systems versions being released up to twice a year, and needless to say, could be huge in size—ranging anywhere from 3GB to 6GB. This resulted in not only long download times, but also lengthy install times—anywhere from one to two hours—that required multiple reboots to complete.

What's new in Avantra 23.1

It only feels like yesterday that I was writing about the new features in Avantra 23.0, but today I’m pleased to announce that Avantra 23.1, our first feature update of Avantra 23, is ready for download. We’ve been working on a number of different areas that I’ll try to summarize here, but I apologize for the length of this post! InfluxData Closes Series E Round and Raises $81 Million in Capital

Today is an important milestone for InfluxData. I am thrilled to share that we closed our $51 million Series E round, and a $30 million debt facility, raising $81 million in capital. The Series E round was led by our new investors Princeville Capital and Citi Ventures, with participation from our existing investors Battery Ventures, Mayfield Fund, Sapphire Ventures, Trinity Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners, Sorenson Capital, and Harmony Partners.

GitKraken Client 9.1: When Our Users Speak, We Listen

In our 2022 year in review, we recapped the six highly-requested features that were implemented over the course of the year. We also acknowledged the five highly-requested features that “got away” – meaning we hadn’t gotten to them… yet! Well, GitKraken Client 9.1 is here, we’re happy to share that two of those enhancements are now accounted for, along with other user-requested features and improvements that represent input from over 1,000 users.
