The voice of the customer at the heart of progress: why NPS matters to Almaden?

The customer satisfaction survey is more than a metric. It is the tool that connects users’ real-world experiences to the decisions shaping the future of Collective IQ. At Almaden, we believe that a product is not built solely on technical requirements or market trends. Above all, it is built by listening to the people who use it every day. That is why Net Promoter Score (NPS) plays a central role in our strategy. It is not just a number.

Search Sentry in Plain English

Did you know you can search your Sentry data the way you'd ask a teammate? In this video, I use plain English to query traces, metrics and logs in Sentry's Explore pages, and Sentry turns each question into a real query for me. Using my skateboard parts store as the example, I ask three questions: For each one, Sentry picks the filter, the visualization, the group-by and the sort order. I didn't need to know the span operation, the metric name or the exact log message. Once you have the result, you can add it to a dashboard or turn it into a monitor so you keep an eye on it.

The SOC 2 compliance checklist: Every step from scope to audit

Many engineering organizations first encounter SOC 2 when a customer or prospect requests proof of compliance before proceeding with a relationship. Access controls, change management processes, logging configurations, vulnerability scanning, and incident response procedures all need to be in place, documented, and producing evidence before an auditor evaluates them. A 2026 benchmark of 75 SOC 2 examinations found that these engineering-owned areas were the most common sources of exceptions.

Never lose robot data again: automatic ROS 2 bag recording and upload

If you work with robots, perhaps you’ve come up against a common, but annoying situation: the one field run that mattered is the one nobody recorded. Or it was recorded but the ROS 2 bag (a recording of ROS 2 topics) is sitting in the robot’s storage, at a customer site, three time zones away. This issue is commonly caused by manually starting ros2 bag record and using scp to copy gigabytes off the robot after every test, which just does not scale.

Q3 2026 has been one of the greatest quarters for VictoriaMetrics Cloud, and that is thanks to the whole team, including open source, of course. The big milestone is that VictoriaTraces is now part of VictoriaMetrics Cloud, which means that the full VictoriaStack lives in one managed place, with a single bill and the same experience users already know.

600 People Still Isn't Fast Enough for IT Operations

What happens when even 600 people aren't enough to keep up with incident volume? In this clip from BigPanda's Project Zero conversation, Tal explains why adding more L1 headcount doesn't necessarily mean faster incident resolution. The challenge isn't just capacity. It's the manual operating model. Watch the full Project Zero conversation on our channel.

From Bottleneck to Breakthrough: Gain Control and Confidence in Your Monolithic Database Changes

This webinar explains how development teams can speed up database changes in a monolithic database without rewriting or replacing it, using Redgate Flyway for version control, automated code review, undo scripts, drift detection, and auditable deployments across SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
