Observability Masterclass | Trust Before Autonomy: A Framework for AI in Observability

How to Prepare for Human-in-the-Loop AI in Observability AI is rapidly reshaping IT operations, but pushing forward blindly introduces massive risks. To scale automation safely, your teams need the right foundation in place. Join SolarWinds experts for a tactical session on how to strengthen data quality, eliminate tool fragmentation, and establish clear governance guardrails. Discover how to confidently transition from human-managed workflows to safe, guided AI autonomy.

Cribl On Your Coffee Break Episode 1

In this first episode (or at least the first REAL episode, yesterday’s “episode 0” doesn’t count) of Cribl on your coffee break, Leon does what we all do when we unwrap a shiny new data, telemetry, observability, or monitoring tool: He takes the shortest path to jamming some data into that thing and seeing what it looks like. Is it sophisticated? Nuanced? Well-thought-out? Hell no! But it scratches an itch. There will be time to do more real-world stuff tomorrow.

Smarter Device Refresh Decisions with Teneo Managed Digital Employee Experience (DEX)

How do you know which employee devices really need to be replaced? Teneo Managed Digital Employee Experience (DEX) gives IT teams the visibility and data they need to make smarter device refresh decisions based on actual device health and user experience.

Your next internal developer platform is a library of agent skills

What happens when AI agents become direct users of your infrastructure? Michael Kutsch, Staff SRE and Team Lead for Cloud Foundations at PostHog, argues that the next internal developer platform may be a library of agent skills. Instead of forcing every task through a portal, his team is giving agents structured context, reusable workflows, and deterministic scripts they can call when reliability and governance matter.

OnPage Enterprise (Dispatcher) Console Dashboard Overview

Welcome to the OnPage Dispatcher Console, your central hub for messaging activity and performance insights. In this video, we’ll walk through the main dashboard and show how it gives dispatchers a consolidated view of messaging activity, performance metrics, on-call status, and upcoming schedules, all in one place. See how the OnPage Dispatcher Dashboard helps teams stay informed and maintain visibility into critical communications.

AI SRE Agent MCP Authentication by Header: Keep Keys Out of the Config

Nobody wants an API key sitting in an agent's config file on a shared server. Mike shows how AURA takes the credential off the request instead. AURA can hold your keys in its config file, but it does not have to. Mike Shearer, one of AURA's creators, walks through the alternative: AURA reads named headers off the incoming request and forwards them to the MCP servers it calls, so the credential never has to sit on disk.

AI SRE Agent Approval Workflow: Identity Forwarding to MCP Servers

Two engineers can hold the same approve button and still not be allowed to make the same change. The key riding with the approval settles it. AURA's human in the loop config gates the create_pipeline tool on the Mezmo MCP server and sends each request to a webhook for review. A mock UI stands in for the approval system here, and Mike walks through the payload schema so you can point it at your own.
