Civo Update - June 2022

In May, we hosted our first in-person community meetup speaking about all things Kubernetes. Community members came and engaged in cloud-native discussions with talks from Saiyam Pathak, Kunal Kushwaha, Josh Van Leeuwen, and Walid Shaari. We also featured in ZDNet’s article on the four-day work week which includes an interview with Mark Boost, CEO at Civo. This outlined how employees have attained a better work-life balance with the change as well as why the decision was made.

Civo Update - May 2022

In April, we made Civo Academy publicly available for all. This was a pivotal step to put developers first so anyone with an interest can learn everything they need to know to create and maintain their Kubernetes environment. We also released a new report called "The Cost of Cloud", a white paper looking into the complexity of cloud costs for businesses and alternatives beyond the hyperscalers.

Civo Update - April 2022

In March, the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) released its Annual Survey 2021. Civo featured alongside the likes of Amazon and Azure when CNCF asked developers "Does your organization use any certified Kubernetes installers?". Saiyam, Director of Technical Evangelism at Civo, also released an update on the new advancements so far for our 2022 Roadmap.
