These are all phrases that you've probably heard as you try and update any part of your environment, the pushback inevitable as you try and make your case to replace aging, legacy technology. As many executives are resistant to change or trying to innovate in the wrong ways, IT is left to try and make a case for just updating the 2012 Windows Server that's been running way past its EOL date while ALSO having to keep everyone from putting company data into public AI chatbots.
