2018 was a busy and productive year in StatusHub. We received a lot of great feedback and suggestions from our customers and we would like to say thanks. Today, we want to share our most recent updates and give a sneak peek of upcoming improvements.
Although the main focus of StatusHub is incident communication, it compliments each 5 activities of Incident Management: Identification, Categorization, Prioritization, Response and Communication with the user community through the life of the incident.
We are happy to announce that Roles and Permissions are now available for every user. You can manage your team members and their access and usage of hubs in the Control Panel.

We are always looking for opportunities to make StatusHub better; therefore, feedback and feature suggestions from our customers have helped us learn how to help you. To that end, we’d like to introduce you to our newest feature: Draft Mode.
