The integration of Insight for Jira Service Management Cloud brought quite a few changes to the Insight feature set verses those in the standalone Insight app. If you're a current Insight for Cloud app user and you’d like to switch to Insight in Jira Service Management, you'll have to migrate your data from one platform to the other.
