Some of what's covered:
A redesigned Incidents tab that brings open and resolved incidents into one place, with quick filters and quick-action buttons
Command-K for running bulk actions across one or more incidents
A new incident page with resolution notes and a cleaner activity log
A larger, drag-and-drop on-call calendar with overrides and live shift visibility
Reworked escalations with a live-editable preview, undo and redo, and a GitHub-style escalation history
