This demonstration video of RESOLVE showcases how our Automation platform can provide end-to-end automated network incident resolution (using a RAN hanged cell as the scenario).

Additionally, at 3:45 minutes, we show how RESOLVE steps up a gear to reach out to NOC Engineers (via a Slack channel) when the automation requires additional information from them to perform an automated resolution. The next evolution of this is for RESOLVE to eventually learn/trust those responses and automatically resolve the incident when the same scenario occurs again in the future.
