N-central 2026.1 Release Notes

Key Highlights:
· CMMC Ready Version: A brand-new, on-premise version of N-central designed to meet US Department of Defense cybersecurity requirements. This supports organizations requiring CMMC Level 2 compliance and handles Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Federal Contract Information (FCI).
· UI Refresh: The ongoing multiphase UI project continues with a focus on visual clarity and navigation.
· Cleaner Layouts: Reduced visual noise in pane layouts and updated form styling.
· Navigation Enhancements: Left-hand navigation menus are now collapsed by default to maximize screen real estate.
· Contextual Menus: New action menus appear automatically when selecting devices on the All Devices or Active Issues screens.
· Authenticated Support Chat: Experience a more secure, authenticated in-product support chat tied directly to your N-able login. Users not yet on N-able Me will be guided through a streamlined account creation process.
· NetPath End-of-Life (EOL): Support for NetPath is being retired. While existing licensed users on 2026.1 can continue usage, NetPath will no longer be available for new instances or service organizations.
· Performance & Stability: This release includes various bug fixes and core platform improvements to enhance day-to-day reliability.
