You’ll be resolving incidents faster than a caveman on a skateboard with our latest release, Wonder Boy! Since we don’t have any prehistoric monsters to deal with these days, we’re focusing on the future of incident management with a ton of exciting new features and updates packed into this release!

To help make sure that important information about services is easy to find during an incident, we’ve added a new overview tab to each service. This includes easily viewable information about active incidents, dependencies, recent changes, and the ability to add custom links to give service owners a shortcut to the resources they need.

Flow Designer users will be excited to know that we’re providing more options for building different paths for a flow with the new Condition step. Now, you can direct a flow’s path based on a range of conditional operators that compare both string and numerical values.

For your teams using on-call groups, you can now give shift members a break from notifications with our new off-duty feature. When added, members automatically rotate from on-call to off-duty, and vice-versa, according to your rotation rules.

If you use external systems to manage your calendars or reminders, you can now share a customized version of your xMatters user schedule by downloadable ICS file. Once downloaded, you can then import it into your preferred calendar application or chat app or share it simply by sending the file via email.

WonderBoy features, including the service overview tab, Flow Designer Condition step, off-duty group members, shareable calendars, and so much more are now available in xMatters instances.
