Introducing the Rootly Agent
During an incident, ask the Rootly Agent anything and it'll respond (and act) based on context and your data.
Use the Rootly Agent to:
- "Just catching up, what key moments do I need to know?"
- "Who's on call for payments?"
- "Did I miss any action items? Assign them to me."
- "I am not sure the severity, define it and update the incident."
- "Find similar incidents."
- "Build me a timeline of all the key events so I can share with customer support."
- "My on-call shift is ending, hand everything off to Jane with a brief of key moments."
- "Audit how well we did on this incident, where can we improve?"
The Rootly Agent performs actions on your behalf, so it is bound by the permissions assigned to your user. It will also ask for confirmation before taking significant actions.
Rootly admins can turn it on for their workplaces and start running incidents even more efficiently.
