How to Set Up SMS Alerting w/ OnPage
In this quick tutorial, learn how to set up SMS alerting in OnPage to ensure your team never misses a critical notification.
We’ll walk you through the step-by-step process:
- Navigate to the Contacts tab
- Select the contact who needs SMS alerts enabled and click Edit
- Since SMS is not HIPAA compliant, make sure to uncheck Secure Messaging
- Under Send Redundancy, choose SMS Messaging
- Optionally enable Email and IVR notifications
- Set the desired time delay (in minutes) between each alert
- Click Submit — and you're all set!
