FULL TRANSCRIPT:

What is reliability versus what is resilience? To me, resilience is that capacity to withstand the unexpected and to bounce back. And we want to build that into our systems. We want our systems to be able to absorb the unexpected and keep operating in a semi-normal way.

What does reliability mean? Reliability means that when the customer clicks the button, it works. It means when they show up to your website, it loads when they go to check out with the item that they bought, they're able to do it. And everything else behind the scenes is kind of an after effect because what matters in our industry is our customers, the people that rely upon us.

And so to me, reliability is whatever service I'm operating works when my customer needs it to work.
