 To me reliability means a good night's sleep, and being able to confidently go to bed and wake up the next day feeling ready to get out there and do my best work and not worry about the experience that our customers might have had through the night.

 When I think about reliability, I think more about being there, being available when the customer needs you. And exactly in that moment, not five minutes from when the customer needs you, not an hour later, not half the time that the customer needs you, but being there ready to serve the customer exactly when they need you. In my time, either in e-comm or in the payments industry, you get one shot and you better be there.
