 I utilized Gremlin very intelligently for one of the financial services. I showed them the business process failure. You have the capital market exchange, you know, the timings become very critical. The closing price has to be published 6:00 PM GST time.

We injected latency between the source application and the target application, just to see how quickly they can identify where is the bottleneck, where is the problem, and then resolve it and publish the prices.

The operation team immediately got it. "Okay, we have not published the closing process. There is a problem." They call the app support team. It was a great exercise and the management really appreciated it and that's how they understood how powerful this tool is.

It is not just the technical failures. You can leverage it from the business processes point of view.
