One of the biggest things that I always say when I get asked, "How do I improve my reliability?" is to test and test often. You don't wanna wait for something to break to figure out exactly what the game plan is to go and approach that.

And if you're testing continuously, whether that be every other day, once a week, whatever cadence works for you and your organization, you have a more consistent way of looking at the resiliency of your systems and being able to tell kind of the interconnectivity between all of these different components that you have.

Things are constantly changing, right? So if you are testing continuously, the results that you're getting and the information that you're giving to your team when something does inevitably break, is gonna be up to date, and it's gonna power them to go ahead and go and address that as soon as possible.
