Rarely have we encountered content CTOs who took on other CTOs' tasks. We had the CTO legacy session earlier for this reason. There is one additional thing we think CTOs should know more about the delusion that they might be under.

When we can tell reality from illusion, rational decision-making, valuable legacy, and manageable technological debt are all much improved. And since technological developments are difficult to understand completely, illusions are easily created.
