The idea of Software as a Service (SaaS) isn't new, but still it is getting more and more attraction nowadays. Also the acceptance in the European market of such services is increasing steady. Developing and running such a platform can be challenging, but modern Open Source Software and modern development processes can help. This talk covers the components and technologies of the NETWAYS Web Services platform for Icinga.
