Start With the Garment Specification

For repeat B2B programs, keep a record of the combination that was actually approved. The record can include garment style, fabric description, color, artwork version, transfer dimensions, placement, and the production notes used by the pressing team.

This is more reliable than writing “same as last time” on a future order. Garment substitutions, new colors, or revised fabric constructions can change the job. Treat a substitute blank as a new compatibility check rather than assuming the previous approval automatically carries over.

Order the Transfer Format After Compatibility Is Clear

Once the garment and application plan are validated, choose the transfer ordering format that fits the artwork and quantities.
