Managing mission-critical hybrid IT infrastructure requires rapid troubleshooting without sacrificing operational safety. In this video, we introduce SolarWinds Avior—a goal-oriented agentic AI designed to assist IT teams with autonomous root-cause analysis, alert optimization, and infrastructure triage under strict human oversight.

We review the architectural prerequisites, demonstrate a live deployment using the Platform Connect plugin on Windows, and show how to assign automated operational goals, configure autonomy thresholds, and triage node issues using natural language chat.

You will learn how to:

Connect SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted with the Platform Connect agent
Configure human-in-the-loop autonomy levels and verify audit trails
Execute automated goals to eliminate alert noise and resolve disk volume warnings
