How to ingest data from a Prometheus data source in LOGIQ

Mar 9, 2021

Logiq supports the ingestion of data from a variety of data sources. In this short episode of Lessons in Logiq, we'll show you how you can configure data ingestion from a Prometheus data source into your Logiq instance.

Let's begin by logging into Logiq. Next, click on your username and then click Data Sources. You'll now see a list of data sources that are already configured on Logiq. Then, click on New Data Source and select Prometheus from the list of supported data sources.

Now all that's left is to name your new data source; let's call it "Prometheus" and then enter the Prometheus API URL. And that's it! Your Logiq instance is now ready to ingest data from your new Prometheus data source. Adding new data sources to Logiq is really that simple.

Watch out for future Lessons in Logiq, where we'll show you how to add several other supported data sources to Logiq.
